Post Plus Sound chose D-Command and Genelec 8240s for studio 2 upgrade
Blaine Stewart of Post Plus Sound in Burbank, CA, recently installed a 24 fader Digidesign D-Command in Studio 2, with the help of RSPE's Dave Szpak.
The D-Command is fitted in the impressive Argosy DC-24 Mirage Console, and surrounded by a brand new Genelec 8240 5.1 Surround system. This makes Post Plus's Studio 2 a more powerful and accurate mixing environment than ever before. The Genelecs automatically calibrate for extremely accurate 5.1 mixing, and the D-Command adds flexibility and workflow improvements to their more than capable existing Protools HD system.   |
