After several meetings with staff and patrons of Royal Oaks Manor, RSPE's Brad Lieberman realized that the recipe for success for their beautiful sanctuary and gathering hall was centered around ease-of-use and functionality.
The RSPE Audio Solution design team chose Crestron as the control center for the Royal Oaks Sanctuary and gathering hall. The system design and simplicity of operation had to meet all of the Church staff expectations and have easy control over all sound system functions, lighting controls, projection and a powered, hide-away screen.
The system needed to allow dimming of the lights, control microphone gain levels, turn on and off the projector, raise and lower the screen as well as control the BluRay and DVD player all from one central location. Upon completion, just about anyone can press a single button and prepare for church services, weddings and just watching 'Saturday Night Movies'.
After reviewing the beautiful boutique A-Frame architecture of the Sanctuary Brad Lieberman of RSPE Audio along with his design team chose the Da-Lite Ascender Screen. This from the ground up ascension screen would be deployed directly from the MPC touch panel and avoided a costly and obtrusive hanging installation.
New JBL speakers for the sanctuary now make the sound sparkle (and 'boom' when needed).
Another new feature that has been added was a much needed Assistive Listening from Listen Technology for the hearing impaired.
