FLEXIBILITY

Whatever your needs, these programs can provide the flexibility you want including deferred payments, short or long term leases and seasonally adjusted payment schedules.

4 month deferred terms payment program:

 

Here is one example. It basically offers 4 months with virtually no payments required!

  • $50,000.00 equipment cost.
  • You pay $1,735.00 to start the lease, then $25.00 a month for months 2 thru 4, then $1,735.00 a month for month 5 thru 39 (36 payments in total)

    Short term Lease:The “0% 12/12” Program
  • This approach allows you to pay for certain equipment quickly with revenue from a specific contract or in order to expense that equipment for tax purposes after you have fully utilized your Section 179 allowance.
  • $50,000 equipment cost. Twelve month term.
  • Monthly payments of $4167 ($50,000 divide by 12, so “principal only.”)
  • Purchase Option: $6000 (12% of original cost)

    Long Term Lease:
  • We can extend the terms out as long as 72 months, greatly reducing monthly payments for longer life equipment.

    Seasonal Programs:
  • Lease payments can be made higher during peak revenue times and reduced during the “off-season” to match cash flow.
  • Example: A desert theater wants minimal payments during the slow months.
  • $50,000 equipment cost.
  • In this example the lease starts in June.
  • Payments are $350/month in June through September; and $2,380/month October thru May.
